As the expert on your life, you already have all you need; I’m simply here to provide gentle guidance on the issues you’re facing today, from depression and anxiety to parenting challenges or family conflicts. As a licensed professional counselor, mother of two, and friend to many, my greatest joy in life is helping others navigate stress, improve their emotional regulation abilities, and ultimately lean into a safe, healthy sense of ease. Whether you’re feeling stuck or want to further develop your skills, together we can explore and apply therapeutic methods that will help shift you from frustration to greater functioning and overall well-being.

My Philosophy
I VALUE: connection, curiosity, growth, courage.
As we move through life, we sometimes bump into situations that make us feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, and disconnected from our true selves. To get unstuck from these feelings of anxiety and depression, we must take inventory of our values and core beliefs. Mental health counseling (and online counseling in particular) is designed to help clear the cobwebs, so we can see more clearly where and how we anchor these beliefs.
Jacqueline is compassionate and a great listener. She really listens and offers valuable insight. I’ve really enjoyed working with her.
